McQueen Residence, James Island

This project included a new craftsman tiered deck including new wood paneling throughout the ceiling and walls.

Stairs and Deck Grimball Construction_ed

Anderson Residence, James Island

Complete stair rebuild and expansion including new concrete footers.

McGlohn Residence, Folly Beach

This build included a new multi-story elevator shaft complete with structural blocking, power, new doors, and a concrete pit per code & requirements of the elevator manufacturer.

Kane Residence, Daniel Island

Full Porch Build out included building a new fire place complete with wood storage alcoves. New wood flooring & ceiling, new paint & trim throughout, new electrical and air conditioning units.

Residence Expansion, Daniel Island

This project expanded the homes square footage by enclosing a screen in porch including relocating exterior windows, new doors, new air conditioning, new exterior siding and finishes.

McLeod Residence, Mt. Pleasant

This project included a full stucco placement and the installation of a new modern electric fireplace.
